How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver All items within three working days to all locations specified in the "Where do we deliver" section (this applies for items in stock).

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Precision Stitching Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive any time between 8am and 7.00pm. If you have more than one item on order these may be despatched from several locations and therefore may arrive separately.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. You can have your order delivered to your home address or an alternative address. There is a comments section when filling in the delivery / payment details where you can put an alternate delivery address or other information that you would wish us to know.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

A signature will be required by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 7pm. The Courier will usually leave a card stating the date and time they called. Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. This will incur a delivery charge to you.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the day when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us.
